Octavio Medrano

Chief Executive Officer

Octavio is the Chief Executive Officer of MOHSDefense, leading the company’s technology integration, operational execution, and regional growth strategy across California, Houston, and Mexico City.

He brings experience from multinational corporate environments, including internationally recognized organizations such as Louis Vuitton, MobileView, Safeleet, Clinical Computer Systems OBIX.COM, as well as hands-on expertise in cybersecurity, systems, networks, surveillance, and enterprise technology infrastructure.

At MOHSDefense, he oversees the company’s strategic growth, technology deployment model, and client-facing execution across the region.

Tony Med

General Counsel & Head of Strategic Expansion

Tony serves as General Counsel & Head of Strategic Expansion of MOHSDefense, where he leads the company’s legal architecture, commercial structuring, cross-border growth strategy, and enterprise deal support across California, Houston, and Mexico City.

He is a senior legal and strategic executive with over 27 years of experience advising multinational companies and regional operations across Mexico, Latin America, and U.S.-linked business environments.

At MOHSDefense, he supports the company’s expansion with a dual focus on institutional legal resilience and strategic commercial growth.
